1. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our farm or designated pickup points.

• Pickup hours and location details will be provided after your order is confirmed.

• Please arrive within your scheduled time window to ensure product freshness.

• If you’re unable to make your pickup, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

2. Local Delivery

We provide local delivery within select areas:

Ensure someone is available to receive the order. Perishable items must be refrigerated promptly.

3. Shipping of Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently offer nationwide shipping of fresh or frozen items unless previously arranged.

However, we may offer regional shipping via insulated packaging in the near future. Contact us directly for special requests.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and your selected delivery/pickup method.

• For custom processing orders, timelines will vary. You will be notified with a specific fulfillment date.

5. Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete a scheduled delivery due to customer absence and no prior notice, the order will be returned to our facility. A redelivery fee may apply.
