At Jacobs Farm and Beef Processing, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of our products, please carefully review our refund and return terms below:
1. Perishable Products – No Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any perishable products, including:

Fresh beef

Processed meats

Custom-cut or packaged products

Frozen farm goods
All sales of perishable items are final once delivered or picked up.
2. Custom Orders
Products that are cut, processed, or packaged specifically for you are considered custom orders. These are non-refundable once processing begins.
Please confirm all specifications (cut types, packaging, weights, etc.) before placing your order. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help before final confirmation.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with:

Damaged or compromised packaging (due to our handling)
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Once verified, we may issue a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund, at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order is processed. Once we begin processing, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment provider.
